Another Night at the Bar v Leprosy Infection v Tira IV
In the red square... ANOTHER NIGHT AT THE BAR! A four wheel axlebot, with a horizontal spinning blade attached! We saw this robot in ETC08, where it did very well, reaching the Heat D final before losing to Super Gore Evo.
In the blue square... LEPROSY INFECTION! Very much like Tetanus Booster, this robot packs a powerful drum that spins upwards, very capable of causing some serious damage.
In the green square... TIRA IV! A vertical spinning disc with a self-righting co2 spike on the rear- what more could Kody Kunz want with this robot- a place in the annihilator perhaps?

Bugs Bunny returns to the arena, accompanied by none other than The Easter Bunny himself, who made his debut in the last bout!

ACTIVATE!
All three bots start spinning up as ACTIVATE is called and the fences disappear, and its Leprosy that moves first, driving out of its square and heading for ANATB, who meets Mr. Mason€™s challenge at full speed!
CRASH!
Leprosy Infection and ANATB both spin away, but Martijn is flipped and his bot must perform that cool little thing to get the blade back underneath, which it does, just in time to see Tira IV attack Leprosy Infection!
CRASH!
Kody€™s vertical spinner tears Leprosy€™s drum right off, sending it high into the air before landing in a crumpled heap on the camera tracks! Chris starts to back away, but Tira follows and flicks Leprosy onto the Killsaws! BZZT! The bot is thrown away again, and it seems the saws shredded on its tyres! Chris is in real trouble, but still Kody attacks, slamming into Leprosy and sending it cart wheeling into the CPZ, where it is hammered by The Easter Bunny!
CRASH!
The hammer comes down hard, and in comes Tira with yet another attack!

This time Leprosy is knocked right out of the arena, and sadly we must say goodbye to Mr. Mason, at least in the annihilator. Kody celebrates, the turns to meet his remaining opponent- ANATB, which spins up and the two bots meet head on!
CRASH!
Both robots spin away, and Tira quickly comes back on the attack, hitting the side of ANATB and playfully flicking the axelbot into the air! Tira bullies ANATB onto the killsaws (BZZT!) and Martijn is thrown away, but then comes in from behind with an attack of his own!
CRASH!
Tira is spun away by that powerful hit by Martijn, who spins up again, as Tira comes with another onaslught1
CRASH!
The two collide again, and ANATB is bounced away as Tira spins wildly onto the killsaws! BZZT! Kody is thrown onto his back, and Tiras disc chews up the arena floor a little bit before it self-rights, but in comes ANATB again!
CRASH!
Tira is knocked into the wall by that impact, and suddenly the bot is venting gas- the co2 supply for the srimech has been ruptured! For now Tira is OK, as Kody is still on his wheels and comes on the attack again, once more flicking Martijn into the air with that powerful disc! Its a game of hot pursuit now as the two spinners send each other spinning around, and now Tira knocks ANATB onto the killsaws! Martijn reverses away with the blade at full speed again, and Tira follows, as both bots crash into each other again!
CRASH!
The two spi away again, and this time Tira is knocked onto the killsaws! BZZT! The bot is thrown into the air and comes crashing down, but Martijn is ready and attacks again1
CRASH!
Tira is spun away, and hits the pit release button!
CEASE!
Ot doesnt matter that the pit was open, this match goes to the judges!

Achilles v Seung Mina IV v Sithis v Do or Die v The Paramagnetic LOX Box v Another Night at the Bar
Let€™s take a look back on the mayhems and see how these 6 robots reached this stage.
Nitro-Gene 4.0 flipped No Objections OOTA, but was then pitted by ACHILLES.
SEUNG MINA IV sent The Botles sky high and sent Secret the same way.
SITHIS shocked us all by taking out Whirligig 4.5 and Axe-o-Lotl.
Axe to Fall and Crimson Thunder fell foul of the mighty DO OR DIE.
THE PARAMAGNETIC LOX BOX defeated Knyfe and Black Panther, making good use of the pit.
ANOTHER NIGHT AT THE BAR let Tira IV deal with Leprosy Infection, then dealt with the vertical spinner itself.

ACTIVATE!
All 6 robots get off to a very swift start, Sithis and ANATB getting up to full speed by staying away for a few seconds while the other 4 head straight into the centre of the arena to take each other on, Do or Die getting in underneath the Paramagnetic LOX Box and ramming it across the arena and onto the Killsaws! BZZT! The LOX Box is flipped right over, but Joey self-rights and heads back into the action, pushing Achilles side on into Seung Mina IV, who gets straight underneath and launches Alex high into the air for him to come crashing back down to earth with a mighty CRASH! Achilles self-rights and backs onto Do or Die who lifts it and pushes Alex into Roger€™s CPZ! Achilles suddenly finds itself being thrust across the arena and chewed up by that spinning blade concealed within Roger Rabbit€™s scoop, and Alex is slammed into the pit release siren! The pit goes down, and Roger returns to his CPZ, and now in comes Sithis with an attack on the 4mm titanium side armour of Achilles1
CRASH!
There€™s a huge gash in the side armour, and before Alex can drive away in comes ANATB!
CRASH!
And the panel is torn clean off with that attack, leaving Achilles€™ insides open to further attack! Alex drives away from the pit and gets underneath the Paramagnetic LOX Box, and once again Joey finds himself flying head over heels, this time into Seung Mina IV, who flips the LOX Box herself, sending Joey through the air to land on the Killsaws! BZZT! The LOX Box is thrown away again, and now Do or Die has gotten in underneath Sithis and has lifted it up into the air with that scoop, and now goes on a long run, slamming Sithis into Bugs Bunny, who grabs Sithis and lifts it into the air before going into a spin and letting Sithis sail through the air and into the opposite wall! Danny is going to feel that in the morning, but right now he€™s got to come back and spins up again while The LOX Box pushes Do or Die side on onto Achilles, who throws Chezza onto the Killsaws! BZZT! Chezza escapes and attacks Achilles from the rear, lifting it up and pushing Alex towards the pit! Could this opening annihilator melee be over now? No is the answer as unexpectedly the LOX Box comes in and tries to get Do or Die into the pit instead of Achilles, but it€™s not working and in comes Sithis for a bit of crowd control!
CRASH!
This time something has been torn out of Achilles, and is lying on the arena floor! Closer inspection and we see that it€™s a drive motor, meaning Achilles has really impaired motion now, but in comes ANATB, clearly feeling no sympathy whatsoever and crashing into Achilles with the blade at full speed!
CRASH!
And now Achilles is venting gas- the co2 supply has been destroyed, and now Achilles is weapon-less as well! And just to finish off the match and finish off Achilles, in comes Seung Mina IV from the side, getting underneath and tossing Alex Holt€™s machine clean out of the arena and onto the camera tracks!
CEASE!
However sad it is we must say Aur revoir to Achilles at this stage, as the other 5 competitors move on to round 2!
Tactics: See round 1. Make increased use of ANATB and Sithis as mobile arena hazards, and try and lure them near walls as well to slow down the spinners before I can get in and push.
Tactics: Push the LOX Box into ANATB or Sithis.

ACTIVATE!
The 5 robots left in the burrow get off to a swift beginning again, Seung Mina IV looking the most aggressive as it attacks the LOX Box, throwing Joey onto his back ,but not letting him self-right and conitnuing the push into Sithis, which rips off a side skirt! The box is knocked away and self-rights, but in comes Do or Die and lifts Joey again, then feeds him to the killsaws! BZZT! Meanwhile ANATB has been attacking Seung Mina IV from behind, slamming into Kody and sending him spinning away before attacking again! And Minas armour stands up well, but ANATB is getting plenty of points for aggression and continues the steady stream of onslaughts, smashing Mina across the arena!
But Kody decides hes had enough and turns around to get underneath ANATB and throws Martijn high into the air, and when Martijn comes down his balde presses the pit release button, which is bad news for Do or Die who is being puhsed towards the chasm by the LOX box, but in comes Sithis in a side attack on Do or Due, attempting to nick the glory of pitting Chezza! Do or Due spins away, but doesnt die, as it just reverses away from the pit in time and lifts Sithis up into the air before giving the killsaws a birthday present! BZZT! Sithis is bounced away, and now in comes the LOX Box to slam Sithis back into Mina, who throws Danny across the arena and onto the saws yet again! BZZT! Theyre having a lot of action today, and now its the LOX Boxs turn to take some punishment and Joey gets flipped up and over by Mina, who looked like she was getting a little bored! Joey starts self-righting, but in comes Do or Die and stops the LOX Box getting back onto its wheels, and now Chezza gets revenge and puhses the LOX Box across the arena and onto the edge of the pit, stopping jst to irritate Joey, who cant self-right from this position without pitting himself! Joey grinds his teeth stubbornly and refuses to eliminate himself, so Chezza does it for him by delivering that final nudge that brings the second round of the annihilator, making the Paramagnetic LOX Box the second robot to bite the dust and follow Achilles to the ETC08 annihilator round graveyard!
CEASE!
The Paramagnetic LOX Box is eliminated.
