Do remember that Spawn Agains flipper rams exploded in Series 7 though, so its safer to keep the PSI value below that if you dont want a dead flipper. :P

That was because they had a low pressure valve at high pressure, though.

Still, running a flipper at too high of a pressure is not that good of a thing. I learned this the hard way...in my earlier days.

I thought it was 750psi too... maybe Leo or someone can shed some light on it for us. For now Ill go with 750psi if thats OK. 1000psi is possible (which is max pressure under the rules) but I beleive that is with other gases. And yeah I fudged the dimensions up at the start. The walls are 300mm, which is still pretty low.

Yep, 750psi is fine. Its still a flipper, whichever way you look at it :P

CO2 pressure changes with temperature. Its quite easy to get 1000psi but the bottles need to be warm.

Also, as you use the gas, the liquid boils off (producing more gas) and cools the bottle, so the pressure drops.
