What Kane said.
The Ti scoop of Behemoth is pretty thin. That may sound bad, but against spinners that is actually an advantage. The Ti flexes a lot, thereby absorbing and deflecting a lot of the impact spinners have. The thing with spinners is not so much how much energy they have, but how much of it can be unloaded into the opponnent. With Behemoth that will not be very much.
That is why I think Behemoth will come on top.
Real-life roboteers are rubbishing my tactics.
This is awesome.![]()

The house robots helping to decipher this question will be Cassius Chrome and Sergeant Bash.
Whirligig is heavier than Behemoth, as its a shufflebot. This should work to its advantage, and it will need all the advantages it can get, as Steven will have trouble getting through Behemoths scoop.
Behemoth will hope its scoop will stand up to Whirligig.A robot by Kane Aston and his team from Hemel Hempstead the formidable machine is entered into this tournament by David Sheppard.

Tactics/Predictions?
Two predictions: Seung Mina to flip Behemoth out of the arena, and Kane to come in and tell us why that wont happen.
Well we have beaten a lot of high power flippers... but itd be hard to call. At the end of the day this will likely be down to the drivers.

Seung Mina looks good coming in this heat final. Joey McConnell has predicted that Kody will toss Behemoth OOTA...
Behemoth had a far tougher round two draw than Seung Mina, but won anyway, dispatching Whirligig with some difficulty. The builder of the robot, Kane Aston thinks this will come down to who has the better driver.Could he be right?

The scottish flipper, the 2-time british champion and the original spinning blade-design.
Plus the house robots, Growler and Sgt.Bash!
Wedge Devolution is a classic wedge shape as you can deduce from the name. It has a powerful rear hinged flipper that can easily lift a tonne!
Chaos 2 was the 2-time british champion! However, that was a long time ago in 1999 and 2000, so its a little out-of-date.
Another Night at the Bar is a very original design, a cylinder with a powerful horizontal blade on the bottom. Its an improvement on A Night at the Bar, which although powerful had a few problems that Martijn wanted to improve, and now has done!

SLAM!
Chaos 2s Co2 bottle is knocked loose by the impact, and Danny lands in Sgt.Bashs CPZ!
CRUNCH!
Sgt Bash punctures the loosened canister, causing Chaos 2 to vent steam all over the arena!
