I didnt say that the weapon stopped working, and time just ran out shortly after that anyway. Besides, the shufflepad was already broken

Right - another go. This time one that my plan may have bloody worked against Nidhogg!
TRI-TAINIUM
€ WEIGHT: 100kg
€ ARMOUR: 4mm Hardox for the back/scoop. The top and bottom panels are 5mm Titanium and the sloped sides are 6mm Hardox to sheild the wheels.
€ SHAPE: Low invertible box with a front scoop (the scoop has a slight dip in it to help get under other robots better) and sloped sides.
€ MOTORS: 2 x LEM 130€™s at 36V = 18HP
€ LOCOMOTION: 4 Vulkanised Wheels.
€ DIMENSIONS: (L) 60CM (H) 20CM (W) 60CM

The discs are set on the same axle, and amounted deep into the scoop, with the teeth just reaching towards the lip of the scoop, so the uppercut movement of the discs can attack base-panels and the like. The discs are powered by 2 x LEM130s at 36V. Set on a ratio of 1.5:1, it gives off 3600rpm. The discs, combined together make 27kg, so the force given out is 165kj per hit! Large amounts of Rubber amounted behind the scoop stops the risk of self-destruction.

Weapons: Ring spinner powered by an etek running at 48volts, which can deal out around 100kjs of power. Two five kilo hardox teeth, curved to rip armour. The whole ring is about 20kg.
Scrimech: Invertible.
Phew, another challenge already!
Paul returns to the arena with a ANOTHER new robot- Tri-Tainium!Im wondering what Nidhogg will do...Please post tactics before I write this battle!
This may just turn out to be me and Paul constantly getting the belt off each other![]()
MORE TACTICS, ANYONE?:
Avoid the scoop like the plague. I should be able to get around the sides if Tri-Tainium comes head on due to my shape and wheel layout, and then its a matter of getting the forks in - I dont need to tip him over, just lift the wheels off the ground so I can push him and get the crusher in. Do some damage, and then send it to meet Mr Pit. If that fails, flip it over so the scoop is useless, then do the crushing.
Good luck Paul, again
Well, Im going to flip him upside-down and attack the base panel. If I constantly attack, I might loosen a panel from the base upwards and rip it off.
Another thing I can do is to get it near the edge and perform an X-Terminator style OOTA - I have the power to do so...
Good luck Joey
Nidhogg v Tri-Tanium
The winner to face Sithis (one thing Danny, what way is the cylinder?Like Barberous?)
This is gonna be one great big GRUDGE MATCH!
Can Pauls new robot Tri-Tainium defeat Nidhogg and take the challenge belt?Tonight well find out...
The Metal Maniacs representing the house robot team are Mr.Pyscho and our very own pyromaniac, Sgt.Bash!
How did this become a grudge match?Lets see...
1)Pauls robot Nitro-Gene 4.0 took the belt off Joeys machine, No Objections
2)Nidhogg took the belt off Pauls robot MeCannibal 2.0
This is third time these roboteers have clashed during the challenge belt competition- will it be the last?I doubt it, but the atmosphere in the arena wont get any hotter!
Booth 1:Joey McConnell
Booth 2:Paul Cuomo
3,2,1,ACTIVATE!
Tri-Tainium comes straight towards Nidhogg, which drives forward to meet its worthy opponent. At the last moment Paul tries to swerve around and get a side-attack on Nidhogg, but Joey was expecting it and so does the same, getting its forks underneath and lifting Tri-Tanium off the ground! With Paul suspended helplessly in the air Joey activates his crusher and it goes straight through one of Pauls tyres!Still clamping on hard Joey pulls Tri-Tanium across the arena and presses the pit release tyre before edging towards the chasm itself!Closer...Closer...Nidhogg drops Tri-Tanium right on the edge, and Paul escapes! However Nidhogg is also quick to get away from the chasm, and is ready to take on Tri-Tainium again! They head towards each other, and this time neither attempts to swerve. Unfortunately for Joey Tri-Tanium gets underneath and gets its powerful weaponry into play! It throws Nidhogg onto its back, revealing a huge gash in the base! Before Nidhogg can self-right Tri-Tanium attacks again, ripping off some of the self-righting spines, but also righting Nidhogg in the process.Nidhogg quickly turns and gets its forks underneath Paul, lifting Tri-Tanium into the air again! And once more the crusher comes in, this time going through the discs!Holding hard Nidhogg goes back towards the pit, and this time is successful in dumping Tri-Tainium in!
CEASE!
Nidhogg holds onto the belt, and awaits its next challenger, Sithis!

Hang on! Ive been pitted, but Ive won! Who won?
And also, how does Nidhogg self-right so quick - EACH TIME!
By the way, I plan to challenge the winner of the next battle with Nitro-Gene 4.0 (YES - HES BACK!)

I think its Nidhogg that held on to the beltGood fight Paul, though, and Nidhogg self rights at about the speed of Razer - not exactly slow, but slow compared to pneumatic self righter/flippers.
ANYWAY, TACTICS:
Exactly the same ones as I used for MeCannibal: Box rush. Get over there before Sithis can spin up, try and ram underneath it and kerrunch. Hopefully. If that doesnt work, try and come in when it is spinning and do the same. Once I have hold, do a Razer and put it straight into the pit. If the claw is taken out for any reason, use the forks and push it into the house robots or the flame pit - he has 4 wheels to my 2, and considering his shape I may be more manuverable.
Good luck Danny

No, its horizontal, like Typhoon but not conical.
Edit:
For Nidhogg, Ill play keep away until I get to full spin speed, then, I should be able to deflect Nidhogg when it attacks. Just keep it from getting a gripe on me, and deliver a few telling blows.
