Got tactics from AJ and Steve. Letâ‚¬â„¢s get on with the first 2nd Round Match!

Wedgaâ‚¬â„¢s Revenge VS Toby the T-Ram Engine

Wedga got here by tossing Death Threat out of the arena.
Toby pushed Panzer Mk 4 while Aftershock destroyed it.

Wedgaâ‚¬â„¢s Revenge and Toby comes out slowly, and Wedga somehow gets under the 0mm ground clearence of Toby and flicks it over! Toby rolls back onto the wheels and presses the pit button. Wedga drives in and gets under the skirts of Toby again!
FLIP!
OH! Thereâ‚¬â„¢s another unmerciful flip given to Toby there. Steve is looking concerned right now, as AJ just gets under the skirts again and starts pushing it towards the hammers!
WHAM!!!
OHH!!! The 15mm Lexan is crumpled!
WHAM!!
OHH!!! Itâ‚¬â„¢s crumpled even more, and AJ thinks itâ‚¬â„¢s time for some air time for Toby! So, Wedga carries Toby towards the arena wall, andâ‚¬Â¦ yup, you guessed it.
FA-LIP!

Toby the T-Ram Engine got rammed around like nobodyâ‚¬â„¢s business.
Wedgaâ‚¬â„¢s Revenge goes through to the Heat B Final!

Tactics: Open pit release button. Aim to get Aftershock near the arena wall and push it into the Plexiglass, slowing the drum down. ONLY WHEN the drum has been slowed down, fire the axe and use it to grapple Aftershock towards the pit.

Smack SGG over onto his head, and when he self-rights, try to hit the axe.

SGG got here by beating Death Threat into submission with Wedgaâ‚¬â„¢s Revenge.
Aftershock got here by TRASHING Panzer Mk 4 and putting all its remains into the pit with help from Steve.

Aftershock is spinning away again, and SGG moves toward the FBD, not knowing it has reached top speed! Aftershock has reached its top speed and hits SGG right in the kisser!

OHH!!! Something came flying off of SGG! What the heck was that?! Letâ‚¬â„¢s just look at the replayâ‚¬Â¦ and, Aftershock rips offâ‚¬Â¦ OH! The axe! Oh no, the axe was ripped clean off of SGG as soon as it tried to hit Aftershock! Now SGG is weaponless! Now Aftershockâ‚¬Â¦
CRASH!!!!
â‚¬Â¦smashes the pit button.

Weâ‚¬â„¢ll have words with you later on, Kody! :wink: Now, Aftershock moves closer and closer to SGG, and spinning up again, it smacks into its rear end!
CRASH!!!!
OHHHHHH!!! It rips the skirt clean off, and now the drum hits the rear end again!
CRASH!!!!
OHH!!!!!! The drum flips over SGG! Now, since the axe was ripped off, they canâ‚¬â„¢t self right now. So, Aftershock does the old ra-pum-pum-pum-pum, and slams SGG into the pit.

CEASE!

Supreme Glory Gamma loses all its glory in just less than 2 minutes.

Aftershock goes through to the Heat B Final!

I dont remember Daniel saying he would use the axe until he got my drum stopped near the arena wall, but w00t anyway.

Aftershock vs. Wedgas Revenge

This reminds me of Tira IIIs fight with Wedga in Returners, except this should be far easier than that time. Course who said its going to be even relatively easy now? :wink:

Wedgas flipper wont really help it here unless its at an arena wall with me on top,

so Ill just stay in the middle again and keep smacking him. I should be able to flip him over many times.
If at all he tries to rush in when the drum is stopped at that hit, show him my lovely spinning hubs.

The armour of Wedga is tough, but I think I should be able to get by.

Wedgas Revenge VS Aftershock

Wedgas Revenge got here by flicking Death Threat and Toby the T-Ram Engine out of the arena.

Aftershock got here by totally destroying the ex-champions of Robot Wars Extreme Warriors, Panzer Mk 4 and dismantling Supreme Glory Gamma.

3... 2... 1... ACTIVATE!

So, the heat final begins now. Aftershock spins away to its maximum speed, and Wedgas Revenge is moving towards Aftershock and activates its flipper!
FLIP!
OH! An unmerciful flip given to Aftershock, and now... Aftershock spins away to its maximum speed, and it hits Wedga on the rear end!
CRASH!!!
OH!!!!!! The wheel is absolutely shredded! Now, Wedga is overturned, but AJ self-rights the machine! Aftershock now...
CRASH!!!
...smashes the pit button AGAIN!!

How many times do you need to be reminded you only need to just nudge the button, not smash it?

Now, Aftershock is moving towards Wedga, who is limping on one wheel, and gets the flipper to activate... BEFORE AFTERSHOCK GETS ON IT!
CRASH!!!!!!
OHHH!!!! The CO2 tank bursts open! Now, Aftershock spins away again, and Wedga, I think, is immobile. Now, Aftershock hits the lifeless body of Wedga again!
CRASH!!!!!!
The drum has tipped Wedga over, and finally, AJ knows the end is nigh for Wedga, as it is tossed into the pit by Kody. BOOM!

Wedgas Revenge didnt get the revenge they needed.
Aftershock goes through to the Series Semi-Finals!
