Just to point out that most modern CO2 cylinders have a parallel thread, not taper like in the pic from Woodys post. Taper threads not a problem to obtain, parallel - Im still struggling to find another manufacturer in Europe since the only one I knew ceased production. If you do find someone, please let me know.
