Couple things I also see wrong with this:

Drive: 2 x S28-400 Magmotors @24v
Power: 6 NiCad Battle Packs at 36v

Way too many Battlepacks. Go for 2 Battlepacks at 24 volts. The voltage for the batteries should be the same as the voltage for the drive motors.

From the pic, It doesnt look like 0mm. Id say 5mm all around.

Impossible. Cant be invertible unless the discs are smaller than the wheels or its 2WD, and that would make the discs very weak.

Implement some changes, please.
