My opinion doesnt count for much ,but if I were you Id stop powering lifters with S28-400s and use LEM-130s instead. And you may as well make Armory invertable if the wheels are external.
Ive never heard of astro-flights, maybe someone else has?
Also Tenderizer needs psi for the co2. How much do you plan to run it on? And dont expect your armour on Armory and Tenderizer to be OK if they come against spinners.

BioHazard 96 to 99 used two permanent magnet DC motors that Carlo ordered from a surplus dealer. BioHazard 2000-2003 uses the S28-400 Magmotors.

There was an middleweight in Robotica I believe that used Astros for drive. Either way, I would not use them in a heavy unless you use a lot of them (2-3 per wheel or so).
