hmm looks like an engagement problem, when you did get the object on 24v it was a pretty sweet hit, but the rest of the time on 24v it was a grinder.. your gona have to get corners on 24v or you wont do much damage to people..

Id suggest run it on 12v for this weekend and afterwards bring it down to the factory, well mill of 2 teeth and balance it as a 1 tooth disc, that would be real good on 24v then.
