having probs, everything works fine for about 30 seconds, then the red light comes on and it stops working. or it will go a bit mad on its own and wont respond to controllers. only way to get it working again is remove the link and reconnect it. then after 30 seconds it will start playing up again.
ok, tried again and sometimes it will just cut out with out the red light coming on, the blue light is on, also i noticed in reverse in doesnt hardly move, will try charging batt but im sure its not that.
its ok, spoke to dimension engineering, who got me to carry out some tests, and i have a duff one :sad:

i have brought another from technobots hopefull y it will be here in time, this one i brought new from gimsons but as they dont trade anymore dimension are sending another foc and i will post this one back to them. the guy from dimension was baffled by the problems i was having, it would work fine for 20-30 seconds then the power light would go off, or the red error light would come on and it would stop, or sometimes it would just start running flat out and wouldnt respond, and all the lights would go off, really weird. as soon as you remove the link and plug it back in it would work at first then do the same thing again, im just running those speed 700 motors with a 12v nimh pack. At first i thought it was the battery but it definatley isnt that, tried different transmitter/reciever, re-wired it all again but made no difference.
Robochallenge have also kindly offered to lend me a speedo, so im hoping to get it running on the day.
