    I had heard the featherweight weight limit is being upped to 13.6kg. When does this come into force?

    Mario pointed out to me there is a mistake in the build rules, in rule 2.3 it still says .6kg of consumable gas for CO2 next to the 13.6kg of weight.

    I know there is a rewrite going to be done for the techcheck, but I think this needs to be altered earlier than that.
