thanks for that, if i get the actuaor i am currently thinking of it will draw 7a a full speed, so will the electronize need SPCO relays?

Electronise dual switcher should handle 10 amps.

The 48B-2Way switcher is up to 10A, the 4Way is 3A per relay. So assuming you get the 2 way switch from Jonno you will be fine.
