Storm 2!!

Entered by Steven McGregor, a red robot with a slicing axe, he€™s chopped and pushed through the competition. It started as one of the favourites, and now he€™s at the final, beating

Killotine: EVO

Now, the two surviving roboteers walk up to the Booths, handshake each other, and climb up to the Booths. The robots activate their weaponry to show the strength. The sound is quiet. You could here a feather fall to the floor. Then€¦

Roboteers, stand by!!!

The two great machines burst into life! Storm 2 has the greater speed, and smashes into the front of Killotine, ramming it back to the starting square and sending a series of sparks flying. It then drives onto its opponent€™s sides, and then starts to torque the wheels, and driving Killotine into the sidewall. Now it€™s around the rear of it and drives it into the wall again, as Steve mops his brow - he€™s struggling to get into a position to do anything to Storm 2, at the final stage. Storm 2 powers again, but Killotine now gets underneath the front, and starts to beat with the axe, and is piercing the shell. Steve locks onto Storm 2 and drives it into the pit release switch, and lets it go to back off. Storm 2 pursues it towards the side, as Killotine reverses. Killotine hits the wall as Storm 2 breaks the skirting, and lifts up with the lifting arm, and drives it into the side. Storm 2 uses the arm to turn Killotine: EVO upside down, and brace it on the arm. Storm 2 drives it towards the pit, but the axe of Killotine pushes itself up with the axe and speeds off. It ends up side on to Storm 2, and powers forwards, getting under and then axing it. Killotine starts to axe Storm 2 in the lifting arm, leaving it disabled. The axe is withdrawn, but then quickly shifts to get on the front left side, and axes in the drive train housing, and hits a drive chain!! Killotine reverses away from Storm 2, watching it spin on the spot. The audience is given the cue to count down!

Steven puts Killotine: EVO into spin mode and hammers the floor, flipping itself over in a celebratory dance. It now gets behind Storm 2 and shoves it towards the pit. And down falls Storm!

Result:
Storm 2 is executed at the Killotine!!

On the podium, the awards are handed out by old-time Robot Wars heroine, Jayne Middlemiss! And they are given to the award winners as they crowd cheer, and fireworks fly off in honour of the award winners.

The 4th placer, and getting the copper medal, Alex Holt and Black Panther Queen!

In third place to get the aluminium trophy and aluminium medal, is Christopher Mason and Y4!!

Achieving 2nd, receiving the Titanium medal, trophy and £15,000 is Ed Hoppit and Storm 2!

But in 1st place, a Hardox medal and trophy, £30,000, and a limo to take them to celebratory party is the reward for Steven McGregor and Killotine: EVO!!
