Welcome to the forum, Paul. Here, let me help you with a few problems I see in your first bot.

Kay 9 - There is NO way you are going to be able to put in 2 LEM200s, 2 20Kg discs, and 12mm hardox armour in a machine...that weighs 95kg!!! I would suggest using some S28 series of MagMotors instead of the LEMs, having 4mm hardox (thats still really tough), and getting rid of one of the discs, otherwise itll be overweight. The bot isnt big enough either; make it a bit bigger, say 10mm in each direction. Also, youre not going to be able to get a speed of 20mph with those wheels. Try Vulkalon rubber instead of the aluminum, and lose the spikes; the rubber has traction enough. :wink:
