Its horizontal. It states in the stats that Ill use like SD IVs saw to damage skirts and tyres. I know it sounds kind of stupid, but I just decided about it.

What I see is pretty much a Growler-esque clamper with stationary underjaw...
Thats nearly correct. I was just worried someone might see it that way.
What it is a stationary underjaw, with the top part feeding off hydraulics to make it work like a axe and jaw.
