Got DB5 in bits, I recon I need to loose about 200g, put a new weapon motor in, wire it up and a new side pannel. Then I need to ort out a load of spares as im not going to be there so Dave needs to be able to fix it quickly it it breaks. Not much then.

Half ten on Thursday night, and Ive finally got Drumroll in a running condition. Had the drum spinning with drives going but couldnt go much above half power because it was too noisy and vibrated too much.

Tasks tomorrow include fitting the srimech hoops, top panel and balancing the drum once Ive made it one-toothed (yup, still not got that done yet!). All that and building the other robot, then be ready to leave at 1.30pm

But on the plus side, it only weighs 12.1kg so far, according to our digital bathroom scales

stripped it down today and got the gearbox running again. all seems to work fine. beauty 3 is going down lol hey john you been practising your driving yet?

Well James has justdecided to start working on venoms armour 10 mins ago, and Ive left my transmitter at home to test ploughbots new selfrighter. It still needs ALOT of work but it should be done intime. We seem to forget we have an event to get ready, not build our robots!!!
