but if we fight each other we do have 2 drivers

Same rules as the European champs. Every robot in the championship must have its own designated driver.

As Tony pointed out we are running the same rules as the European champs - Each robot must have its own seperate driver. This is to eliminate people entering as many robots as possible to have one of them get lucky. Being a large championship we want to see the best of the best, and therfore this rule stops people putting in 6 or 7, and the chance of comming up against each other.
Some of the old rules like 1 robot per team were seen as unfair when 2 different drivers in the same team have their own feathers and only 1 enter.

But the main driver can drive 2 robots when not set against eachother right? That when 2 robots enter from the same team one will drive one and one will drive the other is logical, but when only 1 robot of us is in the arena, I usually drive.

Yeah I see no problem with one person driving two robots so long as theyre not in the same fight. If said two robots go on to meet each other in a fight, as long as youve got a second driver (which should be the case if you stick to the rules) then you can both just drive and fight it out

Matt, Critical Damage - dont know if you remember it from the Xbotz Wales event last year. Big upturned wheelbarrow with a Scottish Saltire painted on it
It wont have the wheelbarrow armour this time though; were going back to the normal wedge shape for it. But my teammate has been responsible for rebuilding it and has done so out of 4mm perspex. So if Miss Scorpion Tilly hits it (assuming that robot is what used to be a Scorpion spinner) then it may well shatter!
