Bi-metal saws do alu nicely. I have cut through 20mm thick alu with a 125mm hole saw and 350w cheap bench drill. It didnt even take much longer than 20 minutes.Just spray some cutting fluid or denaturized ethanol on it, so it doesnt melt the material.
