Thread: Good books.

  2. I have Kickin Bot by Grant Imahara. he has a battlebots robot called Deadblow. the book is a step by step guide about safety, designing and building a robot with alot of info on different components with comparison tables. its about 500 pages.
    Grant is from Mythbusters so some of u will know him from that.

    Pretty difficult to get a copy (only 1000 were printed) but if you are lucky enough to get a hold of one, Peter Bennett the team captain of team typhoon wrote a very informative book. It detailed how the robot came into being, the physics and various other concepts along with reports of all the battles that the team took part in.

    I have a copy myself that anyone going to either of the Roaming robots feather or UK championships or the robochallenge event in July can take a look at if they fancy.
