hi guys, im going to name my finished heavyweight maximus, does any1 know of a robot called this, i know of a brutus maximus, obviously i dont want to call it maximus if theirs one already.....

Maximum was a standby robot that was brough in to replace another bot at the last moment in filming - but I cant remember what the event was.
Was a Cassius II clone if I remember

Brutus Maximus was a wooden robot in Series 7. sacrificed itself agains a Dutch Spinner in round 1.
From what I remember, Pussycat also happened to it quite extensively.
It probly doesnt matter but there was a SHW called Maximus at BattleBots and is now called Blue Max at RFL events

There is a micromouse called Maximus that ran at MINOs 06 last month, but I dont he will mind if a fighting robot used the same name.
MAXIMUS IT IS THEN, HOPEFULLY THEY WONT MIND...
