Metal stampers..?

Hiya folks, I have a piece I need made (looking at round about 100 of em) but Ive not really much idea how to go about it. Can anyone help? Possibly suggest or recommend someone who might be able to do it?

In these piccies theres 6 bolted together, its the flat(ish) plates I need made.

Do you need them folding?

We have a local company called Mercury Metal who have a CNC punch machine.
