Youre going to need one hell of a flipper to flip robots right across the ring from the middle. Ill go with Aaron on this one, I dont think with the bot you have now has a flipper of those capabilities.

WBC flipping Axe Awe into orbit from the middle of the arena was a once in a lifetime thing - just the same as Storm II ramming Steel Avenger OOTA. Lots of things must be taken into account, like the places of flip/impact, weights and shapes etc... to achieve this every time takes something special.

As Aaron says, to get what you want youll need a highly improved flipper system. This goes on the lines of having mechanisms to contol the output of the flipper to stop the robot destroying iteself. Id also recomend ditching the CO2 system and converting to something like Nitrogen.

Anyway, Im no flippers expert so its probably useful to ignore this. Everything else looks fine to me, although I would point out I dont think the robot would run invertible with that sort of shape properly...
