Really wanted to come to this having missed it in previous years, but I have a scout event on the same day. Ive put up for doing the Chase walk again, for the 5th time (40 miles in less than 20 hours - Im mad!).

Has he or anyone, seen the commando exercise that one of the Blue Peter presnters did. [30 miles in full kit in 8 hours (I think).]

My fastest time for the 40 miles, carrying about half what the army would carry is just over 14 hours so not to far off the Blue Peter time.

ive done 40 miles in a day, every day for a week, nothing too hard really. not saying i could do it now.....

cars dont count big cheese boy!!!

even worse than the Royal Marine Commando Course final march (30 miles in 8Hours in full kit 7hours if your doing the officers course)is the fact that a grown man knew about it through BLUE PETER!!! seriously dude get out more

not in kit, going up snowdon and other pointess places...... no shops up there or anything.

by the way, been told im talking crap about 40miles walks, apparently marathons, and Im far to fat to have done that 10 years ago....

i assure you its all true

Robot sign ups are doing well... looks like it is going to be yet another busy one.
