    I have sent you this questionnaire for a field study I am undertaking in my Cultural Studies class. The purpose of these questions is to find trends in the use of mobile phones. Your name shall not be published in the results of this questionnaire, the first three questions are for data tracking and for finding trends within these groups. You may withdraw your information at any time if you wish to do so.

Please note that the information you supply here will be deleted by admin upon my request, however until then the information here will be publically viewable so please bear this in mind in your responses. Once collated by me and the project is complete all data will be destroyed
