If Tengu generates approximatly 40 times the energy of a bullet, than if it hits something than it will have approximatly 40 times the energy of a bullet going into the other object, and a force forcing in the insides which could destroy electronics, assuming that all the energy from the spinning shell is taken out at that instant, without wastage due to friction/sound.
So then why has it worked fine in the last fight, and virtually every other fight Tengu has been in?

Watch some videos of spinners similar to Tengu, youll understand how well the weapon will work then....

    Flank Attack vs Tengu VII

    3€¦ 2€¦ 1€¦ Activate!

As per usual, Tengu starts spinning up its feared spinning body. However, this time around his spinning body looks slightly different. With two aluminium wedges instead of a pair of spinning blades, Holt wants to wedge AND clobber his opponent today! Enough about Tengu€™s weapon though, MacWilliams seems to think and his impressive horizontal crushing machine box rushes towards the full body spinner. Tengu isn€™t at full speed yet, and attempts to get away from Flank Attack€™s attack. Overwhelmed by Flank Attack€™s high speed though, Holt can€™t avoid his spinner hitting the end of one of Flank Attack€™s pincers. Tengu€™s €œblade-wedge€ rams underneath Flank Attack and the crusher is knocked upwards, before it lands on its back. In the meantime Tengu managed to reach its lethal speed and comes in for an attack. MacWilliams tries to dodge, but Flank Attack is simply too wide to carefully dodge attacks like this, and his pincer takes yet another hit, and the machine is knocked over the top AGAIN! Serious dents can now be seen on this thick titanium pincer, but MacWilliams knows this is only superficial damage, and doesn€™t seem to be scared yet. Tengu seems to be up for another attack, but this time Flank Attack has more time to deal with it. Flank Attack faces its plow towards the full body spinner. Now without hesitation both machines accelerate. With a loud bang Tengu€™s spinning wedge blades hit Flank Attacks titanium plow. The plow is too low for Tengu to get underneath and therefore the impact propels Tengu slightly backwards (and heavily buckles Flank Attack€™s plow, but that goes without saying ). Only slightly though, since Flank Attack€™s concave shape makes sure Tengu keeps on rebounding against the pincersand the plow. Not happy with its current position, Tengu starts driving backwards, only to find out MacWilliams has already pushed his pincer button! Slowly Flank Attack€™s pincers come in and get a solid grip around Tengu€™s anti spinner ring. The ring is even denting under the pressure of Flank Attack€™s weapon, and the spinning body seems to slow down. Flank Attack now turns around and heads for the pit release button, with Tengu in its clutches. The pit starts descending when Flank Attack slams Tengu into the button, and surprisingly enough, the slam makes Tengu slip out of Flank Attack€™s grip! With Tengu out of his pincers, MacWilliam can now see the damage Tengu has done. His plow is buckled beyond recognition, and the pincers look rather ugly as well. The joint of one of the pincers is almost broken, which must be why Tengu slipped loose. Holt laughingly looks at the current status of his opponent, and tries to spin up his body once more. However, this time it€™s MacWilliams turn to laugh, as Tengu€™s spinning body hardly catches any speed at all. It€™s almost like the spinner ring being bend somehow jammed this spinning body (which is exactly what happened, dear readers). With it€™s body spinning at ~100 rpm, Tengu dashes away from Flank Attack, hoping it€™s still able of reaching a high speed, even though it€™s at a piss poor acceleration. MacWilliams doesn€™t want this to happen, and rushes towards Tengu, which skilfully dodges this initial attack. However Flank Attack turns around and has no problem fitting Tengu in its pincers now. Flank Attack accelerates again and finds Tengu stuck on its buckled plow now, giving Flank Attack a nice level of control over its opponent. Holt has a bad feeling about what€™s coming next and keeps all the buttons his controller has, but his attempts remain effortless. Filled with pride, MacWilliams ends his march towards the pit, watching how Tengu falls into it.

For refernce tengu is approximatly like typhoon at its maximum (never actually to my knowledge turned up to this point for safety) but this means it is perfectly plausible in terms of comparable real bots (unlike many other famous FBS)

Anyways, good fight, bad result lol, but a heat final is still good and I will avenge myself (mwhahaha and all that, lol)
