No idea about other teams, Holiday Inn Express are usually fairly popular with the teams though based on past experience.

does anybody know which hotel, Holiday Inn or Travel Inn , is the closest from the venue . My driving on the WRONG side of the road isn´t very good ! Do more teams than Team Mad stay in Travel Inn ?

Travel Inn - Venue = 21miles (33k)

Travel Inn is showing rooms at £55.95/night
Holiday Inn showing rooms at £59.night (inc breakfast)

Nothing in it really, doubt youll go wrong whichever you pick.

Turbulence just had its first flipper tests on full flowrate and full 10bar pressure. It ripped the 6mm steel mounting hinge for the ram apart (structual failure of the steel not my welding). Unfortunatly this means stripping the whole robot apart and re-making the hinge ( a few solid days work) along with what else needs doing:sad:- so theres a 90% chance I wont be able to get it ready in time, But ill try my best

Is there anyone going to this event from up North who would have the room to bring back a heavy weight bot ?.
