After much deliberation and a brief meeting with some fellow vapourboteers, Dave Sheppard has been reinstated into the tournament, due to lack of evidence against him.

I dont know whether Dave really did it or an enemy of his did it in order for him to get the blame. All I know is my trust in my fellow forumers has been pretty shaken...
