Well its time for another series of Martyn€™s robot wars and today sees the first 6 robots of the series battling it out for the first place in the series semi finals.

Pussycat (17) entered by Aj is back for a 5th crack at the title, once again it€™s the sorta box with triangle on top shape, and it has the twin discs as well, part of its blade is carbon coated so it can easily rip into titanium armour. However pussycat has high ground clearance and doesn€™t have great pushing power
In series 1 it lost in round 2 to eventual runner up disc-o-inferno
In series 2 it got to the semi finals defeating 4th seed ReSpun along the way, but lost its round 4 match to panic attack (13) and then lost in the losers melee to disc-o-inferno and the nutcracker
In series 3 seeded 10 it reached the heat final but lost out super spin dash
In series 4 it went out in round 1

Flaming hell entered by Dave. W is a circle bot with a bit on top to hold its powerful SoW style cage spinner which has €˜bot openers€™ to smack into the opponents, it has small actuators to selfright on the cage, however its hard to control where the robot will go after smacking into an opponent.

Vampire Killer entered by tony, it€™s an invertible box, with two powerful front spinning discs one on top of the other, it has 4 spikes on each side and a rear scoop. The robot is very destructive but its armour is poor.
