When I read all this I think you guys have more experience than you give yourselves credit for. I know clubs where just about no-one has had any experience at all but just jumped in and did it, learning on the fly.
Some of you have been active in schoolclubs or similar activities at school if I read it correctly ?
Just look up the laws governing clubs and organisations in your country and get things done according to those. There must also be an organisation who helps people set up clubs. (We have one in Belgium for instance.)
And you can always ask advice to the other roboteers organisations... were a community after all.
The important thing is getting started, getting organised and do the job.
