Right for a 4ch reciever do i need four seperate crytals on four seperate channels?
Nope you only need 1 crystal per receiver.
Could someone give advice on this setup-
4 wiper motors at 24v, gearbox removed like gary says, running off 2 12v 5ah batteries in parallel to give 24v. I plan to use 2x 30amp electronize speedos. Could someone say if this would work and maybe battery life i could expect and any other advise (not on weight). I obviously need to put each pair of motors in paralell to get 24v in them?
i think it would be in series to give 24V not parallel
batteries in series, motors in parallel.

Interms of amount of time lasted I would guess a fair amount! I ran 2x Technobots WW motors for about 15min @24v on 2.2amp SLA batteries. So I would expect about the same from yours if not longer.
