Gravity will try going side onto ringwraith and flip it and pray it will go over the wall after awhile. Or i will try and get it down the pit

Gravity 4.5 (5) vs. Ringwraith
In round 1, Gravity flipped out Aquarius, before moving onto flipping out Hector onto the camera tracks. Ringwraith qualified though the same melee, but managed to use it€™s weapon to hit Hacked-Off Ha-Ha over the fence and onto the camera itself.
The flipper against the vertical drum, a classic class of battle, but which way will the arm go, as we head over to the arena for the fight.
Richard is standing in control booth number 1, overlooking the red square, as Martyn is standing in the booth number 2, wearing sunglasses and a Scottish flag behind him, Gravity 4.5 is in the blue square.

ACTIVE
Unlike the first two matches, Ringwraith comes forward and out of the square, as Gravity 4.5 comes accelerating out of the red square, as Ringwraith turns it€™s drum around to face the front of Gravity 4.5, as both robots go towards each other, Martyn flicks the controls to the right, and Richard does the same, as both robots avoid hitting each other.
Gravity 4.5 turns on the spot and attacks Ringwraith, and the first blood of the game, as Ringwraith is lifted up, but because of the crap angle and it€™s length, no massive flip from Martyn€™s realie today. Quick as a fast, Gravity 4.5 is underneath the front of Ringwraith and fires the flipper. Ringwraith goes up, so does Gravity 4.5, as it lands on it€™s back. Ringwraith lands with a bump, bouncing twice, as Gravity 4.5 self-rights from it€™s back, just in time, as Ringwraith attacks the side, flipping Gravity 4.5 though 360 degree, as Martyn puts on the power and leads Gravity to safety, by pressing the pit release.
Ladies and Gentlemen please, my internet connection once more has messed up, but let€™s not let that be a problem, as we return to the action, to see that Ref has moved away from the square to release Gravity 4.5, which has been hit against the wall, where it can€™t get out of. Ringwraith is holding back to be a sportsperson (we got to be PC here), as Ref removes Gravity 4.5 away, and drops it down. Martyn turns and escapes away, hiding behind Ref, as he moves back to his square. Ringwraith is on the other side of the Ref, as Gravity 4.5 breaks free first and launches into Ringwraith€™s front.
The impact sends both robots away, Gravity 4.5 doing a little hop, but Ringwraith is on a roll, as the wheels are spinning trying to get traction on the arena surface. The spike fires, as Ringwraith turns and regains traction, but not before Gravity 4.5 comes onto the attack and lobs Ringwraith over, side-ways, just because he can, in a nova. Richard drives Ringwraith away from trouble, as Gravity 4.5 misses the target and almost takes an early bath, as Martyn turns on the spot as quick in a flash, and rams into the rear end of Ringwraith. The blade hits the flipping blade of Gravity 4.5 and sends itself away, leaving a mess of the arena floor, as the blade has a lovely cut in it now.
It€™s a game of cat and mouse, as Ringwraith and Gravity 4.5 share one thing in common, and that€™s their speed, as Richard spins on the spot in more than one way having just found out that he has managed to get 100% on a module, as Gravity 4.5 rams straight into Ringwraith, and fires the flipper before the blades hit. Ringwraith is sent, in a spin back towards the starting wall, as Martyn is sending him the wrong way, as Richard€™s machine lands on it€™s 2 wheels, something goes bang inside, as the drum is making an awful grinding noise as it spins up to speed. The windows scatter with the noise, as Gravity 4.5 moves into play. Ringwraith€™s noise is getting worse and worse, as it€™s started to make people run from the building, to get a hot dog from the randomly placed hot dog vehicle outside the building
Meanwhile in the fighting, the judges have ear muffs on, as Ringwraith gets Gravity 4.5 onto it€™s back, as Richard rams into it once more, rolling it over. Gravity 4.5 self-rights from the position it lands in, and rams into Ringwraith, and both robots are sent away, Ringwraith getting the better attack, as the front flipper plate of Gravity 4.5 is sent away from Gravity 4.5 and up into the sky, with Lucy and the diamonds. Ringwraith lands from the attack, the noise has disappeared, as a strong smell of burning rubber is coming from Ringwraith, are the bearings off the drum burning under the pressure?
Even though smoke is now coming from Ringwraith, Richard is on the attack once more, as Martyn reverses into Ringwraith getting underneath, and being forced into the ground before firing it€™s flipper, sending Ringwraith into the wall. We have flames, as Ringwraith has started to go on fire, but still Richard isn€™t giving up, as he uses his smoke advantage to ram into Gravity 4.5, once, twice, as Ref is behind, sticking carbon dioxide onto the flames, as Gravity 4.5 self-rights and disappears from view.
Cease
Ref finally puts out the flames on Ringwraith, which looks like it€™s been to Hell and Back in a handcart, but Gravity 4.5 is down the pit, as it self-righted down the pit by mistake. Gravity 4.5 pulled under by Gravity, as Ringwraith moves forward into the semi-finals, needing some nice new bearings, which got knocked loose, letting metal rub against metal, causing enough heat to start to burn the rubber, where it went out of control.
If you hurt your ears and can€™t work for any reason, call Bob on a no-win no-fee basis so he can claim you a lot of money from the health and safety person, pushing up the insurance, so that everybody who enters has to pay 10 grand

Parachutes at the ready as the VCL 05 runner-up comes flipping right back, bringing along the Far 6 runner-up and the Far 1 runner-up from the glory days.

See if scott wants to team up on leprosy. I will try and pit it and if he wants to ping it out of the arena thats fine .

DD will team up with Battle Raptor and will go for PA, aiming for the sides and rear and hopefully ripping off some of them skirts!

Disco Dancer 2.5 (25) vs. Battle Raptor 3 vs. Panic Attack
From somewhere in England, and the 25th seed, Disco Dancer 2 and a half. Entered by Matty R, this robot that looks like Supernova and Splinter€™s child has a horizontal 20 kg flywheel which has a lot of power, and two grabbing hands. However the flywheel can be too powerful and Disco Dancer could self-kill-itself. The armour is ok, the speed is good, but the grabbing hands are a waste of time in my view.
In Far 8: Caused the first shock, after knocking out Sheer Hell in round 1, before coming foul to the series champion in round 2, which ate up Disco Dancer and spat it down the pit.
From somewhere else in England, Battle Raptor 3. Entered by Richard, who is aiming for the 3rd robot in the final 16, comes to play today with a flipper/axe, powered by co2, it can cause trouble to any attacks around the rear, but the skirts and a good speed will hopefully stop attacks around the rear. The front scoop is low, but the major weakness is that if it gets flipped with the weapon out, the weapon is worthless.
In Far 8: Didn€™t enter
From Wales, Panic Attack (Extreme 2 Edition). This is a reserve robot entered by Anon in case of a robot that didn€™t come in. Driven today by Tony (Panic Attack) Politzi. The Extreme 2 version has front forks, and the Srimech with added axe protection. The skirts are good enough to restand most flippers and the 22 mph top speed from it€™s 4 wheel drive chassis gives it the edge. However the Srimech hasn€™t worked in a fight and a good spinner in a melee could take it apart. The series 1 runner up.
In Far 8: The less said about the better, out in round 1, after being flipped over by Tanto 2.

Panic Attack gets off to a good start, accelerating from the line, and heads off towards the pit release. Disco Dancer 2.5 has it€™s disc up to speed, as Battle Raptor 3 starts to make it€™s move, onto attacking Panic Attack. Tony turns around and gets away before both robots can attack the robot he is borrowing.
Disco Dancer 2.5 gives chase, as Battle Raptor 3 starts to reverse to get the axe into play, because it wouldn€™t be able to get underneath the skirts to fire the flipper. Panic Attack turns around and heads towards Disco Dancer 2.5, as Battle Raptor 3 comes in and hits the axe into the top. The axe bounces away leaving a mild indent on the top, as Panic Attack gets underneath the rear 2mm ground clearance of Disco Dancer and lifts up the rear.
The flywheel hits the floor at 75% full power, the floor shakes, as a large slice is taken out of the solid steel floor. Battle Raptor 3 comes around and flips Panic Attack over. Tony fires the Srimech, as Panic Attack self-rights, as Disco Dancer isn€™t moving. Matt is trying everything, as Ref has started to move over to count out the 25th seed, which has no life but has left it€™s mark in the arena.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and there goes the red card.
Cease
The 25th seed out, the shock from the flywheel hitting the solid surface came back and destroyed the electronics. Battle Raptor 3 and Panic Attack, they go forward to round 2.
Melee 2
Panicking ( vs. Leprosy Infection vs. Stratos-Fear
From Scotland and Essex, the series 6 runner up, and 8th seed. Panicking. The Panic has grown up, with tough armour, and now invertible with forks to match. The forks can be impendent of each other. The speed is good at 23 mph and with acceleration to match. The skirts stop any pesky flippers from flipping. More weight has been spent on protection against crushers and spinners, which it has lost to in the past.
In Far 8: As Panic 3 Gti, made the final 16 by beating Span Axe, Dantomkia, and Force Power 3. However it came unstuck against Mr Clawdius.
From England, Leprosy Infection. Entered by Chris, this 4 wheel drive robot with a spinning drum has good control and good power. However the wheels can be attacked by axes or crushers. It is invertible, and the drum can run the other way, but it€™s less efficient at flipping robots over. Will Leprosy Infection cause an infection?
In Far 8: (As Leprosy), came to round 2, after beating Pink Panther, before coming unstuck against The Bore.
From Scotland, Stratos-Fear. Entered by Scott, this is the first generation of fear machines. 4 wheel drive, MASSIVE flipper with more power than Gravity, came 2nd in the VCL 04, tough armour, acceleration to die for, what could go wrong? I will tell you, if a robot can get to the side of the weapon, the weapon is useless.

Stratos-Fear moves forward, getting up to speed in the quickest time, as Scott has his eyes on Leprosy Infection, as Scott himself is wearing a black shirt, a black kilt, and an orange tie. The man himself is wearing sunglasses, as Martyn is holding back, as Stratos Fear rams into the front end of Leprosy Infection, as the drum doesn€™t get to work, and the flipper is underneath Leprosy Infection.
What€™s that, a good 10 feet in the air, as Leprosy Infection brings down a panel of the roof on it€™s way down, landing, but still moving, as Stratos-Fear has sent Panicking over the arena in a spin, as Scott heads over towards Leprosy Infection, which has opened the pit, and getting underneath the sides, unleashes the power and sends Leprosy Infection spinning across the arena, and smashing into the camera, knocking it flying.
Cease
Two records have been broken, so has a part of the roof and the arena camera. Leprosy Infection spins out of the arena on a cloud of thin-air. Stratos-Fear brings fear to all, and Panicking, well...

hummm, what to do? We both have lifting forks, we both simaler in shape. I think i may have a slight edge, i will activate the pit and try and flip it over then pit it while it is selfrighting and it may also break the srimech. There isnt much panic attack can do to me and i dont think its skirts will prove that effective and like in the past may get stuck upwards. Dunno what else to say hummm...
