    Heat L final

Behemoth (27) vs. Take Me Out

It€™s been a long time coming, with round 1 starting on the 10th of last month, but was it worth the wait?

In round 1, Behemoth and Take Me Out came together as Hefty Kick In the Balls had a balls up and landed on it€™s side, but before Behemoth tossed Take me Out, out of the arena for it to self-right back in.

In round 2, Take Me Out gave a shock, as Generator self-righted out of the arena, and Behemoth showed no respect to Avalanche as it pitted the rammer within 30 seconds.

    Active

Both robots spring into life at the call of active and start to roll forward. Take me Out is the faster of the two robots here today and it shows by out-accelerating Behemoth and getting into the middle of the arena, spinning on the spot. Behemoth stops and waits for Take Me Out€™s attack.

That attack doesn€™t take long to happen, as Martyn comes out of the background and dodges around the side of Behemoth to try to get underneath the side of Behemoth. Matt spins on the spot, as the fast moving wedge hits the slow moving box, and Take Me Out spins out of control. Behemoth gets underneath the rear and lifts the wheels off the ground, and takes Take Me Out towards the arena hammer.

The hammer comes down once, twice and three times, as it is taken back to square one. Take Me Out gets away from Behemoth, and runs for it€™s life. Behemoth turns and starts to give chase. Martyn is waiting for Behemoth to take it€™s attack, and both robots once more are on a collision course. Take Me Out dodges, Behemoth anti-dodges, as the two front ends meet. Behemoth gets underneath the front end of Take Me Out, and pushes it backwards in a repeat of round 1. Take Me Out is lifted out of the arena, and lands on it€™s back, on the camera tracks.

Matt is jumping around, happy that he has won the fight, but Martyn self-rights, as Take Me Out is launched back into the battle. The judges are thinking what to do, but the battle has turned evil, as the lights have been reduced by 60%, as Take Me Out rams into Behemoth. Matt turns on the drive, as the flip from Take Me Out just lifts up the side of Behemoth, as the battle turns into a dog-fight. Behemoth gets underneath the side of Take Me Out, and lifts it over.

Martyn self-rights Take Me Out quickly, but not quick enough, as Behemoth is underneath the rear end of Take Me Out, and pushing it head-first towards the arena wall, for a second attempt at getting the flipper over the fence and for it to stay there for more than 30 seconds. Take Me Out is over the fence for a 2nd time, landing on it€™s back, against the arena camera. The arena side is watching to see what happens, the judges are waiting to sound the barrier. Behemoth has opened the pit release button, as Take Me Out fires it€™s flipper. The arc made by the flipper puts Take Me Out back into the arena for a 2nd time.

Behemoth is waiting for it€™s competition, and rams into Take Me Out once more, but Martyn drives away at full speed. The battle once more has turned around. Behemoth is waiting for Take Me Out€™s attack, as Martyn comes around the arena spikes on a long run towards Behemoth. This is a do-or-die run, as Behemoth turns around to face the oncoming Take Me Out. Martyn double-dodges, as Behemoth is fooled into anti-dodging, as Take Me Out slams into the side of Behemoth, and 3 seconds later, Behemoth is on the arena tracks.

    Cease

The crowd are clapping, the judges are talking to themselves, Martyn is happy, and Matt looks like he is going to moan about the fight, saying that Take Me Out was out of the arena twice, but came back.

The judges are ruling that because Take Me Out wasn€™t outside for more than 30 seconds, it was like being flipped on the walls, and the result shall stand. Take Me Out, takes Behemoth out, and lands it€™s place in the final 16.

    Supernova...shit.

I can out manouver it no problem, and Im a lot faster, so I should be able to avoid that disc. if Orka feels like giving me a hand, Id be more than happy to accept it. If not, Ill get behind Supernova and pummle the hell out of it with the hammer, and if that fails, Ill try stacking him against the wall with the arm.
