Should be tough, this one - try to keep at AK-47 Slappers sides, shove and try to use the drill.

Message to all involved
Due to calls for me to quit the forum (From Daniel, Martyn, Tony, & Andy J) following my retirement, I have decided to do so.
Instead of cancelling both my outstanding tournaments. They will be taken away onto the spiral home of my tournaments, the Far Forum until they are complete:
So for NSTT - http://farr.proboards21.com/index.cgi?board=NSTTCommentshttp://farr.proboards21.com/index.cg...d=NSTTComments

NSTT, Heat K, Round 2
Fight 1
Wedge Devolution (22) vs. BIACS-LE
Steve is in the control booth, and Matt is back to control BIACS-LE.
How can it be that we can say so much without words?
Active
Wedge Devolution gets off to a flying start with those lovely motors powering those lovely wheels, the paint-job is a bit bent, as hammer marks are in the wedge to make it a wedge, as BIACS-LE spins it€™s vertical flywheel up to speed and as Matt drives forward, and Steve tries to get around the sides to flip BIACS-LE over. However the best laid plans of mice and men are fooled, as BIACS-LE turns around to face the foe head on, and as the drum hits into the front wedge of Wedge Devolution, Steve fires the flipper, as both robots are sent away, as BIACS-LE self-rights by rolling, as the flipper on Wedge Devolution is once more, damaged. Matt senses victory in his nose, as he drives BIACS-LE towards Wedge Devolution. Steve dodges the attack, and manages to get underneath the wheel and flip BIACS-LE over onto it€™s other wheel to no effect.
Steve comes back onto another attack onto BIACS-LE, as it dodges the attack with ease before coming back around to flip it over it€™s axle once more, the spikes fire, lifting BIACS-LE up, the wheel caught between the three spikes, as Wedge Devolution attacks BIACS-LE once more, and pushes the two wheel drive spinner backwards, as the drum is above the wedge, as Steve has one thing in his mind, and that thing being the arena wall, as the flipper fires, sending BIACS-LE over the fence, but the forces after each flip has weaken the flipper itself to a point, where the front panel is sent backwards, ripped off where BIACS-LE left it€™s mark. Wedge Devolution spins on the spot.
Cease
BIACS-LE had the power, it had the strength, but yet it lacked the speed to be a danger to others. Wedge Devolution, gets though to the heat final.
Fight 2
Drilla Killa 7 vs. AK-47 Slapper
The wind was blowing, time stood still.
Richard and Tony are ready for the dance with death.
Active
Both robots are away from the starting squares, as AK-47 Slapper starts to spin it€™s weapon up to speed, as Drilla Killa 7 rams straight into the heart of the matter and drives straight for the sides of AK-47 Slapper, as Tony turns, Richard double-takes and gets around the side he wanted, and straight underneath the high ground clearance. Richard isn€™t wasting any time, as he puts on full power and slams AK-47 Slapper at full force into the hammer, which comes down, as the drill starts, cutting into the steel armour like a hot knife though paper. AK-47 Slapper is trying to get away, from the twin robots of Drilla Killa 7 and the hammer. Eventually, Tony is released from Drilla Killa and it runs away to turn and to launch a counter-attack onto Drilla Killa, as it is hit, and send onto the wall, as the hammer fires, freeing Drilla Killa 7 and Richard turns and escapes.
The pit has been opened, as the two robots move into the middle of the arena for a dance, round and round the robots go, where will it stop, nobody knows. 34 Red, the ball has landed, as the winnings are brought from the table into the hands of a rich Texan. Meanwhile, Drilla Killa 7 is on the attack, forcing AK-47 Slapper to turn, as Richard double-takes, but Tony does the same to avoid the same thing happening again, but Richard triple-takes and does another change in direction, as AK-47 Slapper spins around to show the front wedge of Drilla Killa 7 it€™s arse, as Richard wastes no time, and takes revenge from last heat, and gets underneath the rear end, lifting the wheels clean from the ground, as both robots are heading towards the pit at full power, as sparks are flying from the floor, as the plough on AK-47 Slapper is picking up all the tiny pieces, and dumps them into the pit, and Drilla Killa dumps AK-47 Slapper down the pit as well. The smoke is rising from the ashes.
Cease
AK-47 Slapper, dismantled and taken to the land of robot heaven. Drilla Killa makes another kill, and heads off to the heat final.
Heat Final Draw
Drilla Killa 7 vs. Wedge Devolution (22)
Tactics, Predictions, Thoughts, Cup of Coffee?
Dont think Ive fought Steven for a while! Keep away from his front and try to shove from sides and rear - the drill wont be cutting through Hardox like a hot knife through paper so Ill save it unless I can get to his underbelly and attack the wheels.
