Points:
Might be an idea to suggest what motors youre using for the first 3. Generally, if in dought go for some very light magmotors or dustin motors.
Secondly, when quoting spinning weapons, always give a weight. A 10kg 4000rpm weapon is consdierably more dangerous than a 0.10kg 4000rpm weapon. I have a feeling that if LIs drum is that large that the drum wont fit in the spinner rule.
Next up, Id suggest that 6mm Steel for Orka may be slightly heavy. Id suggest going with maybe 7mm Titanium/Vanadium alloy, or perhaps goin with 4mm Hardox.
On Orka, the fact that the weapon works electrically means that its going to be very slow and not incredibly powerful. Youd be better off using a pneumatic cannister as its unlikely youll use it up and youll get more power in the flips, and possibly a better clamp.
