Peterborough seems to be on the boundary between the East Midlands and Yorkshire Region, and the East Anglian Region. I would guess that both Trevor Wright and Andrew Marchant would be delighted if you volunteered to organise an FRA social in Peterborough - provided it did not clash with other local or national events. They could probably tell you how many FRA members lived within a reasonable travelling distance.
