im sorry to say this but iv allready tried that. iv tried everthing i could think of. im not sure if iv got a dodgy board or software or something.

sorry to be a pain.
if you have an older version of windows and logitech mouseware, it can give problems with other software like telebanking or other communication software because it claims the com port and will not release it. It is possible something like that blocks your software.
If this is the case, install the latest mouseware and that problem is solved. of not, good luck.
Oh my god. iv finally got it working. I tell you what guys, its amazing what happens when you read instructions properly, and also a little help from Paul Cooper.
Wicked. im so pleased i can finally take it out for a test spin. Yay :-)
