roughly 1 ohm

Yep, Thats close enough... I worked it out at 0.98
Alan, if you are thinking stall current, its a fraction over 25A @ 24v.

hhmm, wierd. I have stalled my 12v gold in my lifter many times, its over run to 24v and havnt popped my 30 A fuse. And i run 20A fuses in drive, and ive stalled those many times, but there standard 24v. Never popped a fuse on it!
