The event has been canceled due to poor ticket sale. See the thread about the championships.

But a solution is in the making. We from Belgium and Holland already bought our ferry tickets and cannot get a refund, so we started calling a few people and they are now trying to get things done an maybe organise a little event.

New Event Notice

Due to the generosity of John Findlay and Ed Hoppitt we can announce that the Roaming Robots arena will be at Billing Aquadrome, Northamptonshire for those of you that want to use your machines next week.

Place - Billing Aquadrome, Northampton, Northamptonshire. http://www.aquadrome.co.ukwww.aquadrome.co.uk - campsite with full facilities plus water sports, bar, go-karts close a Fun Fair, amusements, entertainment and places to eat - also close to Northampton for those who want to head into town for their fun !

A special field will be allocated to us, were there to enjoy the week and entertain some of the visitors to Billing as well !

Details.
30 robots per day can be accomodated for.
Preference will be given to our European cousins who have already bought their ferry tickets.
Camping is availiable from Monday Am 23/8 until Friday Am 27th.
Arena time will be Tuesday to Thursday. Again preference will be given to teams that attend the arena build party on Monday and the arena take down party on Friday Am.
As usual no spinning discs can be used on heavy weights.
To reserve your Place please use the new thread in live events.

We will use the forum to communicate with you.

Jag mste f veta snarast (ikvll helst) OM ni ska med eller inte till det nya stllet.

Ska ni med s behvs inte s mycket gras frutom att kanske frska boka om hemresan till den 28:e istllet. D slipper vi massa dtid i England

Om ni INTE ska med s kommer det ju tyvrr med stor sannolikhet att kosta lite i alla fall p.g.a att avbokning kostar cirka 50-60 % av biljettpriset just nu. Vntar vi lngre s kommer det att kosta 100% vilket innebr att vi ju lika grna kan ka nd...ni sparar i och fr sig soppapengar i England. Det blir ju dock billigare procentuellt sett om man r fler i bilen och ven om ni inte har en frdig robot s fr ni skert massor med hjlp att stt ihop den p plats

Samt OM ni inte kommer s tnkte jag frska boka om den stora bilen till en lite mindre. Mer praktiskt med det.

Nu r vr hemresa ombokad till den 27:e. Vi kommer allts tillbaka till Gteborg kl. 17:30 p lrdag den 28:e.

D slipper vi den d-tid som skulle ha blivit mellan den 28-30 i england.
