You can get all you need in the way of carbon fibre cloth & resin from this place:

There are probably others and you may be able to find a local supplier - try model boats, full-size boats, canoes etc.
On my site you can find the story so far on R.O.N.N.Ys CF shell. Im only half way through the mould so far, but I will post more details as soon as I make some more progress!
