Aber is an awesome place to go if you want to get totally wasted but can seem a bit studenty if that is not your thing. On the front there is a very cheap (and not too nice) pub called Inn on the Pier for anyone counting the pennies, this is next door to Pier Pressure the club that is a bit rank. Back from the front there are a few decent pubs including a big weatherspoons with the Lord beachings (good pub) and a wierd pub that does loads of cocktails opposite. The Academy (trendy pub) is just down the road. Hope this helps
