go John....
go John....
You would need to create a real show John first class lighting/sound involve the audience a little
inbetween bouts ,technology shows like Dave Gambles Tesla coil show but incorporate the Robots like pulling a landrover/flipping a Car
you know !!!!!!!the score, whatever sells tickets.
Tony come on get involved and make it happen

John,
What sort of time frame are we looking at here?
If its more towards 2nd Qtr 2004 I would very much like to assist and help.
As for arena hazards, I think a couple would be a good idea but only activated either by time or by an opponent. One thing I have noticed watching crowd reactions a static pushing and jabbing match does not go down too well, a couple of hazards may spark more crowd excitement & enjoyment.

I have taken part in loads of melees, but not one where rwo wanabees have ever taken on a known
machine --could be interesting ie a young guns event!!!!!!!!!!
Sounds like an interesting idea Tony..
The only way a tour like this would work is for all the separate EOs to pull together and do it between them, Im not sure if anyone else has noticed but next years live event calendar is somewhat full already.. and if a load more events were to be dropped in as regional stuff.. there might well be a big problem with dates clashing!
Ive spoken to John, and Black Top Productions Ltd are definitely interested in having a go at this.. how about you others?

Lets do a trial one at Enginuity with the format we would use for real, F.R.A would have to be involved right from the off to organise/coordinate
and ensure safety, what do you guys all think,
Oh flower of Scotland when will we see your like again!!!!!!!!good on ya john!!!

I think it would be a crowd please to have some really mismatched looking fights..... say a newblood heavy against a featherweight.
Ive 2 feathers in mind for this, who could well win. The crowd would love that! You can see them at Enginuity.
