If featherweights.org is misquoting rules it would seem as fitting to raise it here as anywhere else.

It would appear to indicate that the featherweights site is in error on this point. Ill quite happily fit any colour or style of LED to any circuit the rules require, I dislike wasting time and money due to incorrect interpretation of vague rules.
