Name - Kaizer Mk2
Drive - Four 9.6v drills run @ 14.4v on to 75mm blue wheels
Power - Four 7.2v 1.8Ah nicad packs linked in both series and parallel to give a total of 14.4V and 3.6Ah
Speedos - 30A Electronize (external relays)
Armour/chassis - Main body made from aluminium chequer plate, with polycarb front and rear bulkheads. Steel box section rail runs round sides and back for protection.
Notes - All components mounted to the top panel for a change (confused me a good number of times during the build when I forgot I was building it upside down) Steel rail round the outside (particularly at the back) was added mainly to protect the speedos at the back from spinners, but its first event out is a no spinner event (woot!) Plus, its ready three weeks before its first outing, which makes a change for me - previous record was one-and-a-half days

(Now need to get the other feather built in time!)
Piccy on profile - still need to paint the front wedge and the rails, could possibly make additional cover for the link if I can be bothered![]()
