This is an appeal to all roboteers and otherwise current owners of robots from the classic era of Robot Wars.


For those of you that have moved on from the sport (or simply need room in the garage), I am looking to purchase machines from the classic era of the show, and am prepared to offer good prices on a case-by-case basis.


Round 1 dropouts and Grand Champions alike are very welcome, with no fixed exclusion on qualifier failures or indeed next gen machines from the early Roaming Robots era of the sport. Whilst heavyweights and middleweights would be favoured, lower weight classes will also be considered. Any condition is welcome, from a hollow shell to a fully functioning machine that simply needs a battery charge.


For context, my brother and I have worked with robots of various weight classes over the years, however, as a Robot Wars fan from the age of 3, I am turning 30 this year and keen to scratch an itch that’s been there for decades. My brother and I have also recently become fathers, so operating and potentially restoring a classic bot will probably go a long way to getting our kids interested as they get older.


I'll gladly travel for collection where terms are agreed.
