It says on the listing that the shaft is 2mm?

Either way, whatever shaft size you need, you should be able to press out the old one and replace it. Find a friend with a lathe and it will be made a whole lot easier.

Believe it or not, it's 3mm. Don't take that at face value, only the small bit of the shaft sticking out is 2mm. I should let Hobbyking know that it's not an accurate description. However, you're right, looks like I'll need to get a new shaft lathed. Good tip!
