Although the gear looks insane and is rated at >500Nm, it will only ever see 50Nm maximum so the force is reasonably low (800N). The part is only going to take loads inline with its axis and its 4mm hardox 500 so it should be plenty strong. We are more likely to rip the rubber shock mounts than damage the bearing carrier.

However I would agree that the top bearings for the motors are way too small. I am already planning to beef those up a lot.

Which particular bit are you most worried about?
