I have an inch and a half of, erm... plastic! HDPE on top, low density plastic (yes, chopping board!) filling in voids and and brittle yellow stuff for the chassis, all under tension.

Reasonably confident FD will be able to get stuck in for a while before he gets torn to shreds, and since even I don't know what direction he will go in, the other bots won't stand a chance!
