So the PCBs are finished and 40 are heading back to me now. Should arrive on Monday. Currently the first board is being assembled and tested to ensure everything is OK before building the rest.

Heatsinks have been waterjet, drilled, tapped and countersunk. Ready for bead blasting and anodizing hard black.

I also got a load of custom length spacers made to reduce the thickness of the thermal interface between the copper bars and the heatsink. After some testing with the shorter spacers, the boards now perform much better under high current. When testing with the Revolt 160sh the motor was getting too hot long before the controller.
