Where did it say the Red Brick was for brushed? I can't seem to find any mention of it, and given the three wires sticking out, it looks brushless to me. Most people used pre-modified brushed BotBitz ESCs from Ranglebox, though you can buy the TZ85 straight from Hobby king and modify it yourself (not too hard, I've done it). https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-...w-5a-sbec.html Yeah with the switchover to brushless motors in almost all RC equipment, ESCs for brushed motors are getting very difficult to find, especially for our application. I know there are some different ones still on sale, but I think the best bang for your buck tends to be the modified TZ85.
