After a regulator for my feather.
I have spoken to Trevor already and he has none so on the hunt for one.
Anybody??

I have a potential alternative.
But I need to know what it has to do.
Flow
Pressure adjustability
Source of CO2.
Ram is 40x80mm
10bar operating pressure down from a paintball bottle.
Sorry to butt in, but while we're here does anyone know a good learning resource for this kind of pneumatics?
Unfortunatly, my bible is offline, Alan Woods website,

Ah, wow. Cheers!

40*80 on low pressue is rather feeble with the current norm. Delivers 125 kg of lift.
Low pressure is getting uncommon, as it adds complexity for less power in return. The only advantages it delivers is that you can work with industrial standard parts. Easy acces to double acting rams and 5/2, 5/3 and 3/2 valves
Industrial parts have the added disadvantage of weight. Even after a serious round of customisation, an industrial low pressure ram will be heavier than a custom build FP single acting ram.
For example.
Hannibalito 1, what was low on the featherweight flipper power had a 32x75mm ram, and that delivered on full pressure, 440 kg.
Your "avarage" feather flipper uses a 50mm bore ram. 60mm bore isn't uncommon, and the biggest are 80mm+
Giving respectively 1000kg of lift, 1500 kg and 2500 kg.
In short, some of the current feather flippers have more lifting power than series 5 heavies with decent flippers.
